Large lot is divided into 3 separate parcels sharing common landscaped drive. Original farmhouse expanded to three bedrooms, with media room and wine cellar in rebuilt basement, original facade restored. Two modern 4-bedroom houses are constructed on remaining lots, with private gardens, decks to water views, open floor plans. Construction and design consulting by Buena Vista Builders., Inc.
