Four narrow townhouse units in two duplex buildings separated by an interior parking court, designed 1998 by architect Dan Solomon and constructed by Buena Vista Builders in San Francisco’s Mission District. Part of a wave of development in the City’s urban core providing housing to an influx of early tech/Dotcom workers. Simple hardi-plank facade without trim uses massing and fenestration to drive architecture. Generous glazing and high ceilings expand unit interiors.
